I subscribed to the blog "Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans" for the support from other women who are trying to lose weight and get fit too. I was very successful the last time I joined an online "forum" type environment... and am hoping that I WILL find the support and motivation to keep me going this time around as well.
Anyways, the Sisterhood holds a Wednesday Weigh-In, so I'm going to follow the same schedule as well. Here it goes!

ReplyDeleteHi Courtney! Congrats on the 5 lbs. - that is great. I had a baby almost 8 weeks ago too (my first) and had an emergency c-section. I also heard you'd drop a bunch of weight by breastfeeding. I've lost like 1 lb. in 3 weeks...not so much. I guess BFing isn't going to be the free-for-all-eating-whatever-I-want like I thought it would be. :) Hope you and your little one are doing well.
